Closer to the people behind the service desk.
Our story began with Phishr in 2023. Working with MSP partners gave us a close-up view of their everyday challenges, their clients’ needs and the work they wanted to automate.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The ambition was there. The time and expertise weren’t.
Partners had tried automation tools and struggled to put them to work. The potential was clear, but building and maintaining workflows needed skills and time that busy service desks didn’t always have.
A DIFFERENT APPROACH

Triggr started as a done-for-you MSP automation platform. Partners brought the work they wanted to improve; our team turned it into custom automations around their systems, rules and clients.

Working across client environments shaped Triggr’s technology. The platform evolved around the connections, rules and exceptions MSPs handle every day, giving teams more ways to build around their own operations.

A shared vision. A bigger next chapter.
Triggr joined MSP Process in 2026 to take the platform further and bring it to MSP Process’s partner base. The same focus on practical automation, with a wider reach and a shared direction.
